Intense cold wave conditions continue unabated in HP
Shimla, Dec 2- Intense cold wave conditions continued unabated in Himachal Pradesh with temperatures in high-altitude areas staying between 8 and 13 degrees below the freezing point, MeT officials said.
Minimum temperatures dropped by a few notches in the mid and lower hills as strong icy winds lashed the region.
Thick fog occurred at several places in the mid and higher hills as well as in towns along rivers and reservoirs, official said.
The local MeT office has predicted rains, thunderstorm or snow in lower, mid and higher hills on December 5 and 6 and dry weather from December 6 onwards. PTI
