Justice S Ravindra Bhat appointed as Acting Chief Justice of Delhi High Court
Justice S Ravindra Bhat has been appointed as the acting Chief Justice of Delhi High Court, here on Tuesday. Former acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal is now CJ of Jammu and Kashmir High Court, as per the official information. Justice S Ravindra Bhat to be in charge till Justice Rajendra Menon assumes office, it added.
ACJ Bhat will be in charge of the Delhi Court until the newly appointed Chief Justice, Rajendra Menon J assumes charge of the Court.
