Kanungo-Patwar Union declare ‘mass leave’ from May 4 across Punjab

Chandigarh, May 4, 2022: Patwaris and Kanungos across Punjab are going on ‘collective leave’ from May 4 to May 6 and from May 9 to May 15 across Punjab.

This has been announced in a press release issued by the Revenue Patwar Union itself and the Revenue Kanungo Association of Punjab. Disclosing this the leaders of both the organizations said that earlier a case was registered against Didar Singh District President Revenue Patwar Union Sangrur-Malerkotla by Vigilance which, according to the union iscompletely false. The leaders of the organizations said that they were going on leave from May 4 to May 6 and from May 9 to May 15 in the entire Patwari and Kanungo group of Punjab to protest against this bullying of vigilance. The leaders announced that if the false chargesheet filed against Didar Singh I not withdrawn by May 15, the organizations would stage their next strategy on May 16, 2022.
