Maharashtra: The police have arrested 24 persons and detained two minors for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl multiple times at different places in Thane district. On the basis of a complaint lodge by the gang-rape victim, the police registered a case against 33 persons under various sections of the IPC and provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
