The Met department has forecast light to moderate rain (2-4 cms) with one or two spells of heavy rainfall in Punjab during the next 36-48 hours. As per the sources, the rainfall is likely to be in Jallandhar, Ludhiana, Moga, Barnala, Sangrur, Patiala, Mansa, Fatehgarh Sahib, SAS Nagar, Roopnagar districts and adjoining areas.
