NCB had asked the court to extend his custody till Friday seeking more time to file its reply.
However, the NCB has been directed to file its reply by Wednesday morning instead. Thus, Aryan Khan's bail plea hearing has been posted to Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Aryan Khan's lawyer Amit Desai requested that his request for bail be heard on Monday only. He also said that no drugs were found on Aryan.
Earlier, Aryan Khan's request for bail was rejected by a magistrate who agreed with the NCB that the court did not have the jurisdiction to decide.
