Delhi Police high-handedness: Cop shoots dead food delivery boy, injures his friend over loud partying
Delhi Police high-handedness : In a horrific incident from national capital, a Delhi Police constable shot dead a food delivery agent and injured his friend following a verbal altercation in Delhi's Dwarka on Sunday.
The incident took place in Dwarka’s Jafarpur Kalan area. Police said Rupesh, a daily wage worker, had organised a small party for his son’s second birthday, with about 20 people attending. After the cake was cut, guests began leaving one by one.
Around 2 am, while some people were waiting for cabs, six others stayed back, sitting on their two-wheelers and chatting. At that time, the accused, Neeraj—who lives about 50 metres away—came over and started arguing with them over a minor issue.
During the argument, Neeraj allegedly pulled out a gun and shot Pandav Kumar, a food delivery worker, who was sitting on a motorcycle. The bullet hit his chest, passed through his body, and then struck another man, Krishna, who was sitting behind him, in the stomach.
