Jailed AAP leader Satyendar Jain's health deteriorates, taken to Safdarjung hospital
New Delhi, May 22: Jailed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Satyendar Jain was taken to Safdarjung Hospital on Monday after he complained of deterioration in health.
This comes only days after Satyendar Jain's lawyer filed a bail petition with the Supreme Court, stating that his client is in poor health and has "become a skeleton."
According to senior counsel Abhishek Singhvi, who is representing Jain, the former minister has lost 35 kg and has effectively become a skeleton. He is also suffering from various ailments, he added.
