PM Modi vows to eradicate corruption, casteism, and communalism from India
New Delhi, September 03: In a recent interview with news agency PTI, Prime Minister Narendra Modi outlined his vision for a transformed India as the nation approaches its 100th year of independence. The Prime Minister expressed a strong commitment to eradicating corruption, casteism, and communalism, envisioning a developed India by the year 2047.
"India will be a developed nation by 2047; corruption, casteism, and communalism will have no place in our national life," declared Prime Minister Modi.
He also shed light on the forthcoming G20 summit to be held in New Delhi, emphasizing that the world looks to India for guidance and views the country's words and vision as a roadmap for the future, not mere ideas. India is playing a pivotal role in shifting the world's focus from a GDP-centric view to a more human-centric one.
Prime Minister Modi underscored the changing perception of India on the global stage, stating, "For long, India was seen as a country of one billion hungry stomachs. The Prime Minister highlighted Africa as a top priority for India within the G20, emphasizing the need for inclusive dialogue and cooperation to address global issues.
