'Sad to support a regime...':Chirag Paswan's scathing attack on ally Nitish Kumar led Bihar government

PTC News Desk: Union Minister Chirag Paswan has launched a scathing attack on Bihar's Nitish Kumar's government over rampant crimes in the state. Paswan said that the law and order situation in the state has gone out of control and he feels to have alignment with such a government under whose regime, the crime goes unchecked.

“The administration is completely submissive before the criminals,” Paswan said. “Incidents of murder, robbery, kidnapping, and rape are continuously taking place in Bihar. It seems the administration has failed to stop them.”

He said the government has failed to bring down the crime rate and people no longer feel safe in the state.

Expressing sympathy for the families of the victims, Paswan emphasized that their suffering must not be overlooked. He accused the government of either attempting to conceal the situation or failing to manage it effectively.

Paswan urged the state administration to take swift and decisive action, voicing his frustration over backing a government that, in his view, has failed to safeguard its citizens. “The government needs to wake up before it’s too late,” he said.
