Nirav Modi’s seaside bungalow demolished using 110 sticks of dynamites Nirav Modi’s illegal seaside bungalow in Mumbai, Maharashtra was demolished on Friday morning using explosives. Absconding Nirav Modi’s bungalow spread over more than 30,000 sq ft at Kihim beach in Alibaug. His bungalow was declared illegal as it violated the Coastal Regulation Zone law that prohibits construction near the seashore. According to media reports, more than 110 dynamite sticks were used in the demolition process. At around 11:15 am on Friday, the authorities detonated dynamite and brought down the bungalow. It also deployed drones to video graph the demolition exercise.
