Noida Police registers FIR against Directors of Wave Mega City Centre
Metro Mart Project: In a major development, an FIR has been registered against the Directors of Wave Mega City Centre, Manpreet Singh Chadha aka Monty Chadha, Charanjit Singh and others, in connection with the alleged non-refund of money following directions of Gautam Budh Nagar's Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM).
According to the information, the Noida Police has registered an FIR under IPC sections 506, 504, 471, 468, 467, 406 and 420 against the Directors — Manpreet Singh Chadha (Monty Chadha), Charanjit Singh, Harmandeep Singh Kandhari and Finance Head Narayan Jha.
Earlier, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar, had directed the Station House Officer (SHO) of Sector 20, Noida Police station to register a case in alleged non-refund of money by Wave Mega City Centre.
According to the FIR, all directors of Wave Mega City Centre Pvt Limited — Manpreet Singh Chadha, Charanjit Singh, Harmandeep Singh Kandhari — and Finance Head Narayan Jha have been indulged in fraud and a criminal conspiracy and took more than Rs 50 lakh from his mother Savita Sharma, brother Dhananjay Sharma and himself.
Piyush also alleged that the firm has duped thousands of investors by showing fake documents and permissions.
It is pertinent to mention that the company has also sent a response on alleged non-refund of money. It also sent a letter from Savita Sharma and Dhananjay about this being a joint property and that it should be treated respectively.
