Metro Mart Project: In a major development, an FIR has been registered against the Directors of Wave Mega City Centre, Manpreet Singh Chadha aka Monty Chadha, Charanjit Singh and others, in connection with the alleged non-refund of money following directions of Gautam Budh Nagar's Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM). According to the information, the Noida Police has registered an FIR under IPC sections 506, 504, 471, 468, 467, 406 and 420 against the Directors — Manpreet Singh Chadha (Monty Chadha), Charanjit Singh, Harmandeep Singh Kandhari and Finance Head Narayan Jha.
