One person was killed and one critically injured in a blast in a factory in Bathinda, here on Wednesday.

According to a official , the incident took place at growth factory on Bathinda road when workers were working.

He said one laborer died on the spot while other laborer was rushed to the district hospital where his condition is said to be critical.

Meanwhile, the administration officials have reached the blast site. The reason behind the blast is not known yet.
