With the Punjab Assembly elections 2022 nearing, Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Sukhbir Singh Badal on Saturday said one of the two Deputy Chief Ministers would be from the BSP in case the SAD-BSP formed the government in Punjab. Sukhbir Singh Badal was addressing SAD workers at Banga. The Doaba region has a large number of Dalits, who are supporters of the BSP.
