Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday congratulated Britain Prime Minister for winning UK election 2019 with a thumping majority. PM Modi took to twitter and wrote: "Many congratulations to PM Boris Johnson for his return with a thumping majority. That means the Conservatives will get the biggest majority at Westminster since Margaret Thatcher's 1987 election victory. The Labour party faced its worst defeat since 1935. It lost seats across the North, Midlands and Wales in places which backed Brexit in 2016.
