MS Dhoni Retirement: The cricket fans across the world were sad on August 15, as Indian cricketer MS Dhoni bid adieu to the international cricket. The legendary batsman posted an emotional video comprising pictures of a career that started from run out an ended on the same note. the video was having a song in the background — 'Mai Pal Do Pal Ka Raahi Hu'. MS Dhoni last played International cricket against New Zealand in the semi-final of ICC Men's World Cup 2019, where India was defeated by the Kiwis. Dhoni was run out after Martin Guptill claimed a direct hit that led to the victory of New Zealand. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also paid tribute to the former India captain MS Dhoni by writing a touching letter. PM Modi wrote: "In your trademark unassuming style you shared a video that was enough to become a passionate discussion point for the entire nation. 130 Cr Indians were disappointed but also eternally grateful for all that you have done for Indian cricket."
