IAS officer Rakhee Gupta Bhandari becomes new Secretary to Punjab Governor
Chandigarh, November 13: The Government of Punjab has appointed Rakhee Gupta Bhandari, a 1997-batch IAS officer, as the new Secretary to Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit.
She will be replacing senior IAS officer J M Balamurugan.
