Punjab: BSF recovers 360 gm heroin concealed in bottle from Amritsar’s Daoke village
PTC News Desk: The Border Security Force troops deployed at Amritsar border once again foiled the nefarious designs of smugglers to smuggle contrabands.
The heroin was recovered from the Daoke village in Amritsar district following a search operation launched by the BSF troops.
During the early hours of morning on October 26, a search operation was launched by BSF on the outskirts of Daoke village in Amritsar on specific information regarding the presence of contraband item.
During the search operation, at around 07:40 am, BSF troops recovered one small bottle filled with suspected contraband item Heroin (Gross wt - appx 360 gm), wrapped with yellow adhesive tape from farming field.
Another attempt of vigilant troops of BSF who recovered the nefarious design of smugglers via in Punjab.
