Another heart-wrenching layer that adds to tragedy is the revelation that his wife pleaded him not to travel to Shimla on motorcycle, hours before the fatal accident.
According to Rajvir's close friends, his wife had strongly appealed him not to go on the motorcycle and delay the trip. However, he decided to go ahead with the trip telling her that he would return soon. The 'last call' described by family members as last conversation with his wife now stands as a painful reminder of tragic accident that followed resulting in his untimely demise after days long battle.
Rajvir was riding his powerful 1300cc motorcycle — a passion he often documented on social media.
Rajvir's wife's fears unfortunately came true as the late singer met with a major road accident in Baddi while he was traveling to Shimla. he was first taken to a hospital in Panchkula and later shifted to Fortis Hospital in a critical condition.
Doctors later confirmed that he had minimal brain activity due to oxygen loss after a cardiac arrest during initial treatment. Despite over 11 days of intensive care, there was no recovery. Jawanda passed away on Tuesday, 35 days after the crash.
