Three students killed as speeding car crashes into truck on Amritsar-Delhi Highway

Soon after receiving the information, Goraya police reached the spot and pulled the victims out of the car and rushed them to the hospital where doctors declared them brought dead.

Three students killed as speeding car crashes into truck on Amritsar-Delhi Highway

PTC News Desk: In a tragic incident, a speeding car crashed into a truck after breaking through a divider near Goraya on the Amritsar-Delhi Highway killing three occupants of the car. 


The deceased were identified as Sahil Mohammad (23), son of Kashmir Mohammad; Daljit Bhatti (20), son of Avtar Chand; and Avtar Mehmi (17), son of Des Raj Mehmi, all residents of Muthadda Kalan in Phillaur police station area of Jalandhar district.  

All three were students of Lovely Professional University in Phagwara.

Soon after receiving the information, Goraya police reached the spot and pulled the victims out of the car and rushed them to the hospital where doctors declared them brought dead. 

The impact of the collision was so severe that Toyota car was completely wrecked while the driver is currently undergoing treatment.
