Punjab CM, his media advisor condole death of eminent journalist Gobind Thukral
Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has condoled the death of eminent journalist Gobind Thukral, who died this morning at the age of 80. Thukral, who had been ailing for quite some time, is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter. Describing Gobind Thukral as one of north India’s leading journalists, Captain Amarinder said he had contributed immensely to both English vernacular media, particularly during the dark period of militancy, on which he reported fearlessly.
