The Punjab & Haryana High Court on Thursday issued a notice to Cabinet Minister Navjot Singh Sidhu) on a plea filed by Phagwara Mayor Arun Khosla.

Arun khosla had filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking restraint against Navjot Singh Sidhu from setting up unconstitutional committees of Congress leaders and Councillors for inquiring into affairs of Municipal Corporation , Phagwara.
