High-grade explosive ie RDX was used in the Ludhiana District Court bomb blast that left one person dead and five injured on December 23 afternoon, said sources on Friday. The bomb blast took place in a toilet on the third floor of the old building of the Ludhiana District Court around 12.25 pm. Two courtrooms are located near the toilet.
