Real Estate Fraud Case: Delhi Court grants bail to Wave Group chairperson Monty Chadha
A Delhi Court granted bail to the deceased Liquor Baron Ponty Chadha's son Manpreet Singh Chadha among the real estate fraud case, here on Monday. Manpreet Singh Chadha was accused of cheating flat buyers and has been charged among several sections related to cheating. 
The Additional Sessions judge Gulshan Kumar granted relief to Ponty Chadha's son on bond of Rs 50,000 and two sureties of the same amount.
Delhi Police arrestes Manpreet Singh Chadha aka Monty Chadha on June 13 at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi. Monty is the Director of Uppal-Chadha Hi-Tech Developers Pvt. Limited and vice chairperson of the Wave Group.

Reportedly, Monty Chadha was leaving for Phuket, Thaliand, when Delhi Police get him arrested. Likewise, Monty was denied the bail on the same day.
