PTC Web Desk: Rapper Badshah has issued a clarification after the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) raised objections regarding the Dallas leg of his upcoming Unfinished USA Tour 2025, claiming it was allegedly backed by a Pakistani-owned company.

In an official letter to the artist, FWICE questioned the sponsorship of the show scheduled for September 19, 2025, at the Curtis Culwell Centre in Dallas, citing reports that it was being handled by 3Sixty Shows, a firm purportedly linked to Pakistani nationals.

Responding to the concerns, Badshah’s management issued a firm statement on Monday, rejecting the allegations of any association with the said company.

“Badshah and his management team categorically confirm that the Unfinished USA Tour 2025 is organised through a US-based event agency under transparent and lawful agreements,” the statement read. It further clarified that Manish Sood of Intense Entertainment is the sole promoter responsible for the tour, overseeing all aspects, including venue bookings, sponsorships, logistics, and accommodations.

The rapper’s team said Badshah’s work remained “independent of geopolitical influences,” highlighting his aim to promote music as a medium of cultural unity.

Additionally, Badshah’s legal counsel responded directly to FWICE on August 16, 2025, stating that the artist has no role in financial arrangements outside of his performance contract. “Comprehensive clarification has already been provided to FWICE, reaffirming Badshah’s professional integrity and allowing him to focus on his artistic commitments,” the statement added.

Intense Entertainment, the official promoter, also clarified the situation. The company confirmed that the Dallas venue was booked in its own name and revealed that 3Sixty Shows is being engaged only as a US-based event management partner, headed by CEO Chloe Jones, to assist with marketing and ground-level logistics.

“All hotel bookings, flight arrangements, and tour-related logistics are directly managed by Intense Entertainment in compliance with US regulations,” the promoters stressed, assuring full cooperation with FWICE to maintain transparency.
