Republic Day violence: Delhi Police arrests two more accused from Jammu

After Deep Sidhu, Iqbal Singh, and others, Delhi Police Crime Branch on Tuesday arrested two key wanted accused from Jammu, in connection with Republic Day violence at Red Fort. They have been identified as Mohinder Singh Khalsa and Mandeep Singh, both residents of Jammu. According to the information, both of them were arrested with the help of Jammu police. Delhi Police is looking for several people who were involved in violence during the farmers’ tractor rally. On Monday, a man, who climbed up one of the tombs at Red Fort during the Republic Day violence, was arrested by the police. He has been identified as Jaspreet Singh, a resident of Delhi. Jaspreet had climbed up one of the tombs located on both sides of the ramparts of Red Fort. Earlier, the police had arrested prime accused Deep Sidhu and Iqbal Singh. Delhi Police has released several photos and videos of people who are wanted accused in connection with the Republic Day incident when a group of protestors clashed with the Delhi Police. Few protesters entered the Red Fort while some of them hoisted religious flags on its domes. Even as several protestors vandalised parts of the national monument.
