Resolution against construction on Kartarpur land submitted in Pakistan Assembly
A Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Member of Pakistan Assembly (PA) , Momina Waheed submitted a resolution against construction on Kartarpur land in the Assembly on Saturday.

PTI Member demanded that , no building should be constructed on the land that was used by Sikh’s first guru, Guru Nanak Dev Ji for farming in Kartarpur.

She added that, “Guru Nanak Dev Ji plowed the fields for 18 years. No construction should be carried out in the field where he grew crops.”

The resolution also said that Gurdwara Kartarpur held special significance for the Sikh community and there is a increase in visitors from India after the opening of Kartarpur corridor.
