Retired Justice Darshan Singh refuses to join as Commissioner in SGPC elections: Govt told HC
Justice Darshan Singh, a retired Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, citing personal reasons, has refused to join as Commissioner, Sikh Gurdwaras Election Commission. The Standing Counsel of the Union Government informed Punjab and Haryana High Court today.

The Standing Counsel also requested the Registrar of Punjab and Haryana Court, to supply a list of retired Judges.
