Russian man's ATM PIN blocked, forced to beg outside a temple in Tamil Nadu
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj promised help to a Russian youth after he was forced to beg for alms at the entrance of Sri Kumarakottam Temple in Kancheepuram in Tamil Nadu after his ATM PIN had got locked.
