A school Principal in Peshawar sentenced to 105 years in prison for child abuse A school Principal in Peshawar was sentenced on Tuesday to 105 years in prison for rape, pornography, child abuse, illicit relations, and blackmail. The Sessions Judge also fined private school’s principal, Attaullah Marwat, Rs 1.4 million. He accused the principal of child abuse, illicit relations, and pornography. He told that the principal exploited the children sexually. He used to film his activities with cameras. After the case was registered, the police arrested Marwat. The trial court booked him under eight charges of the Pakistan Penal Code. It included, 376 (punishment for rape), 377-B (sexual abuse of child), Section 354-A (stripping a woman of her clothes), Sections 48 (child pornography), 53 (sexual abuse), 50 (seducing a child) and 489-C (counterfeit currency) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Child Protection and Welfare Act, 2010. Nearly, 25 victims recorded their statements during the trial. The convict had compelled many women of different ages to have an illicit relationship with him. He assaulted many women. After the principal was arrested, he confessed that he used to bring women to his school for adultery purposes.
