PTC News Desk: Cricket fans gathered outside Colombo’s R Premadasa Stadium on Sunday, excited for the much-awaited India vs Pakistan match in the T20 World Cup 2026. India, led by Suryakumar Yadav, will take on Pakistan, captained by Salman Ali Agha, in their third group-stage game of the tournament.

Before the big clash, much of the talk has been about Pakistan’s mystery spinner Usman Tariq. Many believe his unusual bowling action could trouble the Indian batters. However, India captain Suryakumar Yadav said his team will treat Tariq like any other bowler. Despite that, the excitement around him continues to grow.

This will be India’s first match outside their home ground in the ongoing tournament. Pakistan reached Colombo about two weeks ago, but this will also be their first match at the R Premadasa Stadium in this edition. Their earlier two matches were played at the Sinhalese Sports Club.
