Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) President Sukhbir Singh Badal on Wednesday asked chief minister, Captain Amarinder Singh, to fulfill his responsibility towards the ‘annadaata’ by releasing Rs 2,500 per acre to all paddy growers for managing paddy stubble.
