Punjab: Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) President Sukhbir Singh Badal said Rs 1,000 crore MGNREGA funds had been siphoned off by Congress legislators in active connivance with State government officials and demanded an independent inquiry be held into this issue to nail the culprits behind this scam.
