Air India plane crash: Indian-origin British citizen, wife, two kids aged 8 and 4 among victims, had come to see ailing mother
PTC Web Desk: In a devastating incident on Thursday, an Air India flight bound for London crashed shortly after takeoff from Ahmedabad’s Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport. Among the passengers was a family from Mumbai, whose lives were tragically cut short in the accident. Javed Ali, who was a British citizen of Indian origin, had recently travelled to Mumbai for six days to support his mother undergoing heart surgery, was returning to London with his wife and their two young children. His wife, a resident of London, was accompanying him along with their eight-year-old son and four-year-old daughter. Sadly, all four family members, Javed Ali (37), his wife Maryam (35), son Mughal Zain (8) and daughter Amina (4), perished in the crash.
This heartbreaking tragedy has left relatives and the community in shock. Friends described the family as warm, close-knit, and full of life. The young children, both vibrant and full of promise, had their futures abruptly and cruelly taken away.
