Truck union president attacked, receives injuries
Mansa, October 4: A day after the president of Truck Union Budhlada received death threats, shots were fired at him on Tuesday.
Several people, including the truck union president Raminder Singh, received injuries during the attack.
After receiving the information about the deadly attack, police rushed to the spot and started an investigation.
Raminder Singh, the truck union's current president, stated that the Aam Aadmi Party unanimously elected him president yesterday. He stated that the opposition group came to the truck union office on Tuesday. "They first opened fire and then attacked with weapons, injuring several people," he said.
