Tragic accident claims lives of two Telangana students in United States

Hyderabad, April 22: In a heartbreaking incident, two young students from Telangana lost their lives in a fatal road accident in the state of Arizona, United States. Nivesh Mukka and Goutham Kumar Parsi, both aged 19, met with a tragic fate when the car they were travelling in collided head-on with another vehicle in Peoria on Saturday night, local time, as per reports received by their families.

Nivesh, hailing from Huzurabad town in Karimnagar district, and Goutham Kumar, a resident of Station Ghanpur in Jangaon district, were pursuing their studies in computer science engineering at Arizona State University.


The unfortunate incident occurred while the duo was returning home with their friends from the university. Their vehicle was struck by an oncoming car, resulting in the tragic demise of Nivesh and Goutham on the spot. Both drivers sustained injuries in the collision.

Nivesh was the beloved son of a doctor couple, Naveen and Swathi, adding an extra layer of grief to the heartbroken families. In the wake of this devastating loss, the families of the two students have made an appeal to the Indian government for assistance in repatriating the bodies of their loved ones back home.

This tragic accident serves as a stark reminder of the fragility of life and the unpredictability of fate. As condolences pour in from across the globe, the families and friends of Nivesh Mukka and Goutham Kumar Parsi mourn the untimely loss of two promising young lives, taken away too soon.
