Delhi government's official noting pertaining to the constitution of anti-Sikh riot is not traceable. According to a circular issued by the home department of Delhi government, this file has been missing since March 16, 2015. The deputy CM of Delhi, Manish Sisodia, who also happens to be the home minister if Delhi, said that he has no idea that this file is missing.
