After Navjot Kaur Sidhu , former Ludhiana MP Manish Tiwari seeks congress ticket from Chandigarh parliamentary seat
Former Minister of Information and Broadcasting and former Member of Parliament from Ludhiana, Mansih Tiwari on Sunday submitted his application of intent to contest the Lok Sabha polls from Chandigarh parliamentary seat.
