After ScoopWhoop, Good Glamm Group now acquires MissMalini

The Good Glamm Group on Monday announced that it has acquired MissMalini Entertainment, a media and influencer talent management network, for an undisclosed amount.

This will offer The Good Glamm Group unprecedented access to a robust network of influencers, celebrities, and market know-how strongly increasing its content-to-commerce play in the country, a statement said.

The Mumbai-based MissMalini Entertainment will work independently while bringing its expertise to The Good Glamm Group, it added.

Good Glamm continues its acquisition spree with Miss Malini Entertainment

MissMalini founder Malini Agarwal and the co-founders Nowshad Rizwanullah (also CEO) and Mike Melli (also CRO) will lead the company.

Malini, Rizwanullah, and Melli will work closely with The Good Glamm Group founder and CEO, Darpan Sanghvi and co-founders Priyanka Gill and Naiyya Saggi.

While the amount has not been disclosed, Sanghvi said the transaction included both stock and cash.

Meanwhile, The Good Glamm Group now has India’s largest digital media brands. It includes POPxo, ScoopWhoop, BabyChakra and now MissMalini Entertainment.

In October, the group had acquired digital media and lifestyle content platform, ScoopWhoop.
