{{{content}}}PTC News Desk: Four days after 2001-batch IPS officer Y Puran Kumar died by suicide at his sector 11 residence in Chandigarh, the family has reportedly agreed to the post mortem.Â
The post mortem of IPS officer will be conducted at PGI, Chandigarh after his mortal remains are brought from sector 16 hospital.  According to the sources, the family took this decision after persuasion from the top functionaries of the Haryana Government.
Earlier Haryana Additional Chief Secretary D Suresh Kumar called for a âfair and quick investigationâ and the immediate arrest of the accused in connection with the death of senior IPS officer Y Puran Kumar.Â
The comments followed the lodging of an FIR against Haryana Director General of Police (DGP) Shatrujeet Singh Kapur and Rohtak Superintendent of Police (SP) Narendra Bijarniya, based on a complaint filed by IAS officer Amneet Puran Kumar, the wife of the deceased officer.
