Apple launches its online store in India with direct customer support; All you need to know
The tech-giant Apple has launched its online store in India on Wednesday, providing customers not only the ability to purchase products directly from the Apple Store but also get direct customer support as well.
It also provides the customer with trade-ins, student discounts, and financing options. So far, the Apple products were only sold through e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart and Apple authorised retailers.
Interestingly, interested shoppers can now purchase their desired Apple product straight from the company store. Apple stated that all the orders will ship within 24 to 72 hours. However, some of the products like Macs are currently showing shipping times of up to a month.

The Indian customers who want to buy the Apple products can go to the Apple Store Online. The customer can get in touch with Apple Specialists through a call or chat for the support of a particular product.
Also, the customer can get assistance from the specialists in setting up their new devices, all through the Apple online store in India. The support is offered in both English and Hindi languages.
The Apple Store Online also provides a trade-in programme for its iPhone models where a customer can exchange any eligible smartphone for credit towards a new iPhone.

A customer needs to answer a few questions and the store will provide a trade-in value up to Rs. 35,000 that can be used to lower the price of a brand new iPhone. Then, the customers will have to pay the remaining value to complete their purchase.
According to Apple, the trade-in values will vary based on the condition, year, and the configuration of your device that you're trading in. Also, all the devices would not be eligible, though it didn't give a list of devices that will be permitted for the same.
