BJP appoints former Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani as in-charge for Punjab
Chandigarh, September 9: The BJP on Friday appointed former Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani as in-charge for Punjab. Apart from this Dr Narinder Singh Raina has been made co-in-charge of Punjab BJP.
As per reports, Rupani will be in-charge of Punjab and Chandigarh. Meanwhile, former CM Biplab Kumar Deb will look after party work in Haryana.
On Friday, the saffron party drafted a number of senior officials into organisational work and appointed them as in-charges of party affairs in various states.
