BJP President Amit Shah to file nominations from Gandhinagar today
Bhartiya Janta Party President Amit Shah will file his nomination from Gandhinagar Lok Sabha seat today. With this, Amit Shah will be seeking his debut to the Lok Sabha.
According to media reports, Union Minister Rajnath Singh and Nitin Gadkari, SAD patriarch and former Punjab Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal and many others will be present during the filing of nomination.

Gandhinagar is all set to witness a high voltage political activity during the filing of nomination by Amit Shah. A 4 km roadshow is expected to start from Sardar Patel Statue in Naranpura area and will conclude at Patidar Chowk. The party workers will be greeting BJP president by forming a human chain along the 4 km route.

According to the sources, the announcement of Amit Shah as Lok Sabha candidate from Gandhinagar will mark an important step for BJP and in Gandhinagar. In last Lok Sabha election in 2014, BJP won all 26 seats from this region. This time also, the party is expecting to repeat its record again.
