No exchange of sweets at Attari border This Eid The Border Security Force (BSF) troops on Saturday did not exchange sweets on the occasion of Eid with the Pakistan Rangers as the tension between the two countries is increasing after ceasefire violations in Jammu. On special occasions like Eid and Diwali, the two forces usually exchange sweets as a usual trend. Pakistani rangers showed interest in going ahead with the ritual, but the BSF was in a denial mode. Tension gripped the border areas after an incident in Samba region, where four BSF personnel were killed in Pakistan firing on Saturday.
