Dharwad building collapse: Death Toll mounts to 14 The death toll in Karnataka’s Dharwad building collapse has risen to 14 on Friday as the rescue operation continued for the fourth day. The under-construction building collapsed on Tuesday. The Karnataka Chief Minister, HD Kumaraswamy, visited the site on Thursday. He told the media that many people were trapped under the debris of the collapsed building.
