'Fake' voter ID cards: SAD-BSP delegation calls on Phagwara SDM, seeks action

Amid concerns over "fake" voter ID cards, a delegation of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) and the Bahujan Samaj Party, led by Punjab BSP president Jasvir Singh Garhi, on Friday called on Phagwara SDM Kulpreet Singh. The Assembly elections in Punjab are due in 2022. They took up with him the issue of vote rigging by some political parties. They were not natives of Punjab. He appealed to the Phagwara SDM to look into the issue and take the requisite action.
