With the festival season almost here, automakers are also ready with a slew of launches to entice customers. Tata Motors on Wednesday launched its all-new Tigor EV, Honda Cars its new Honda Amaze, Volkswagen rolled out its all-new Taigun SUV from the factory and started bookings, and MG Motor launched its new Astor SUV with India’s first personal artificial intelligence (AI) assistant and autonomous Level 2 technology ahead of the festive season.

It comes with a redesigned exterior and cosmetic changes inside the cabin. The new Honda Amaze will be offered in three variants --- E, S, VX trims. The diesel CVT engine will be available only for the VX trim. Volkswagen, which rolled out the first Taigun from its Chakan plant in Pune on Wednesday, will start deliveries in September. The Taigun can be pre-booked from Volkswagen online and retail platforms for Rs 25,000. Volkswagen Taigun listed on official India website - autoXMG Motor, owned by Chinese SAIC Motor Corp, unveiled the new MG Astor SUV, which is equipped with a personal AI and autonomous level 2 driver assistance, both of which will be novel features in India.
