Landslide blocks Chandigarh-Manali highway near Pandoh

Himachal Pradesh: Following a landslide triggered by heavy rains, the Chandigarh-Manali highway was on Saturday blocked at 7 Miles near Pandoh in Mandi district. Vehicular movement between Mandi and Kullu has come to a standstill as huge boulders on the Chandigarh-Manali highway have blocked traffic from both sides. Notably, the Chandigarh-Manali highway has been closed since Friday (July 30), and traffic is being redirected via Kataula. So far, no casualties have been reported on the stretch.
