Jammu Kashmir Rambagh Encounter: In the ensuing encounter, two terrorists of proscribed terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba including top commander Saiffulah was killed by the security forces in the Rambagh area of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday. The terrorists, killed in Rambagh Encounter, have been identified as Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Saiffulah (a Pakistani national) and Irshad Ahmed Dar of Pulwama.
