Haryana brutality: Woman sexually assaulted in train and pushed out, loses leg
PTC News Desk: In a shocking incident, a 35-year-old woman was allegedly sexually assaulted in a train at the local railway station. Later she was pushed on to the tracks at Sonepat railway station where she was run over by another train resulting in loss of her leg.
The victim was admitted to the Sonepat Civil Hospital, from where she was referred to the PGIMS, Rohtak. The incident came to the fore after the victim narrated the entire ordeal to the woman doctor.
The Quila police have registered a zero FIR under sections of gangrape and forwarded it to the Panipat Government Railway Police (GRP) for further action.
The victim has alleged that she was gangraped by two-three men in the train compartment at the Panipat railway station, the SHO said and the investigation has been launched into the matter. The case will be probed from all the angles.
